Our Osteria is rooted in the food and traditions of Rome, but our kitchen is always evolving.
We cook with the ingredients available to us, allowing the dishes to change with freshness, seasonality and what inspires our chef. Alongside changing dishes and specials, you'll find some of the Roman classics that define our table, including Carbonara and Amatriciana.
